I am getting gray results, even using brightener. I have varied current from 25-100 ma, temp from 80-125 f, but get uneven results at best. I am not trying to make the parts look like chrome, just an even appearance.
Any ideas?? Thanks, Jeff |

Jeff:
Unbrightened zinc will always be dull gray. Brightened zinc sould look silver. If you have any photos, post them. I agree with kingkat, you're not using enough amperage. But it could be due to other causes as well. I just replied to another thread with similar issues. See: Copy Cad Plating Questions?
