Default Flash Copper kit vs supplies

I dont know but it looks like its "ALOT" cheaper to buy the 1.5g kit opposed to getting the Flash Copper A, B & C and two plates... Why is that?

Kit prices are always discounted over buying the supplies separately. I work out the full retail price of all the components to be $233.60, so the kit is discounted approx 28%, which is normal.

I can understand that, but to get replenishment supplies its cheaper to get the kit again.
Im just pricing becasue I need to get the flash copper kit, I bought the Copy Chrome kit and my attempt failed because the part is apparently pot metal. But the copper peices on it came out NICE!!!!!!

I know there is a part you have to buy to keep the copper plating bight I think it is part A.
But I have had my copper for some time now and have not had to add anything but distilled water to keep the level up still getting a nice bright finish
