I noticed a post about electroplating movable parts; the parts may fuse if the plating gets thick. Is that true for electroless plating also? What would be your guess for tank time on a small movable part?

It would be to be REALLY thick to fuse...I don't think I stressed this enough in the original post.
You won't have a problem with fusing.
