Ok this whole copper thing is a pain in the _ _ _ ! i still have been working on this same piece now for about a month now, i dont understand what iam doing wrong, i have taken the advice of a few guys on here, and iam still not getting it right, the flash copper turns out great on the alum piece, then as i copper plate the piece when i first take out of bath, it looks great, no blisters or any thing, but as soon as i touch it with sand paper, all hell breaks loose, under the first layer of copper, its coverd in blister!!! and peels off, am i leaving in tank to long , not long enough, ? and why does the flash do allright, but not the bright copper?, do i have to bright copper? can i go from flash to nickel?? iam close to just hanging it up and eating the 1600 dollars i have in the kit, any more ideals? thanks

Good luck, I have been trying to Copy Chrome on plastic, etc. using Silvaspray with no luck. I have about $1000 into this as well. Tech support is no help, they have no lab and test non of their products, at least that is what support told me. I wanted to send them a part to try to plate and they said they cannot do it, that they do not have a setup to test the Silvaspray and that it was not their product.
