I see there is a new Zinc plating mix. My old style formula is giving me dark plating. I tried act carbon treatment with filtering and hydrogen Peroxide to precip out any iron but nothing seems to work. I could add more Zinc chloride or Ammonium Chloride but I can't test for which or how much. Any ideas on how to fix the problem.
Should I keep trying to fix the old stuff or just get a new batch? Do I have to get new brightener as well. |
