Hi, I am wanting to gold plate some plastic name plates and I am not sure what exactly to do.
I have a electroforming tank and a brush plating system but I will be willing to by more equitment if needed. Can anyone tell me what the best way to gold plate plastic is, I am thinking elecroless nickel plate first then brush gold plate. Any suggestions ??

your going to have to make the plastic conductive first--copper would be the least expensive, then nickel plate, then gold..
