Default Bumps on Zinc Plate

I have been having an issue with my zinc plating lately. I am getting small bumps on the part I am plating. I am pretty sure the source of the bumps is chunks breaking off of the anode and landing on the part. One observation is that they only land on the top side of the part and never on the bottom. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem? I have been operating the bath at 110oF, plating at 120-140 ma/sqin.
