I am new to the idea of doing my own plating. I would for the most part be plating relatively small bolts and small parts for use on motorcycles. Would you use the immersion kit or the copy chrome setup?

For just plating small parts, nuts, bolts, etc. A 1.5 Gallon Copy Chrome kit would more than likely be sufficient. If all of your parts can fit into a 2 gallon pail, then that would be a great starter kit to get the hang of the whole electro-plating process.

if it was me, i would start with a small triple chrome plating kit--copper/nickel/chrome..... i dont like copy chrome personally, but thats just me.
