Default Where to get square/rect plating tanks - what plastic?

I see some guys using them. Where did you get them? I see one rectangular one on caswell's site (20 gallon) but $100 is a bit much for my tiny operation. the 2 gallon bucket just isn't cutting it. What kind of plastic does it need to be made of? thanks.

I use a lot of "Sterlite" containers. They're available in most any general store, fairly cheap. 1, 2, 4 & higher gallon sizes.

Example Sterlite containers

Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene (HDPE) are all suitable plastics. Polypropylene is best in terms of chemical resistance & neutrality, but isn't recommended for real high temperatures. The Sterlite boxes are PP.

Look up Industrial packaging in the Yellow Pages. Food grade packaging is the go and is usually recycle code 2 or 5 (PP or HDPE) as previously mentioned.
