Default Exterior Mirror Plating Question
I have a remote control exterior mirror off a late 60s Cuda. Its not to bad just a few pits, but I would like to bead blast chrome, MetalX nickle, Flash copper maybe acid copper then Coply Chrome. My question is can I do this without taking out the mirror glass? Thanks Todd Breaden

I electrostrippped chrome in Caswell chrome stripper (2 minutes at 12v) and just ran it through the MetalX, stripped to copper looks good so far glass is OK. Going to flash copper in the morning will let you know. tbreaden
