I am trying to nickel plate the inside of a part, and in order to get an even plating I think it would help to have an anode to go down inside the part. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a small diameter (~6mm)nickel anode rod, or would it work just as well to roll up the anode that comes with the kit.
It won't cause any problems if the anode is in close proximity (8 - 12mm) to the cathode will it? I am using a constant current power supply. |
