Default helmet chroming
How can I chrome a new motocross helmet. I need to be able to sand ,
and paint on top of chrome so that I can apply house of kolor paint, and clear ontop of chrome.

I really don't think you should if you plan to wear it and hope to benefit from its protection. The chemicals used in any process could seriously deteriorate the level of protection it provides.
