Default Newbie questions

Just getting involved in the chrome industry. As with most startups, we are on a budget. Our budget is not next to zero, but we are trying to get into it with as little investment as possible, until we can grow into a more sophisticated setup. I was interested in the triple chrome kit. I noticed that the dip buckets are not very large, and would not be large enough to do wheels or larger parts. Are there larger chemical dip tanks available, and if so, what would it cost for tanks large enough to do 20" rims, and how many gallons of the solution would be required to fill them. On a seperate note, are there any products or kits out there for chroming plastic.
