I am trying to electoform a piece the shape and size of a 9 inch cake pan (110 sq in). The mandril is wax covered with the copper conductive paint, cathode contact top & bottom. The coverage is very incomplete, rough and discolored. Have tried high (10 amps) and low (3 amps). Finally at Tech Support's suggstion I went back to 10 amps and got more coverage which was ripply and rough and uneven, still missing some of the piece; and my anode disolved in the bag after about two hours. Caswell 25 amp CC digital power supply, brand new solutions. All comments and suggestions welcomed.
