I bought a new 3 gallon copy cad kit, and when I opened up the package, I immediately noticed the "copy cad part B" powder has clumped into very hard lumps, the size of medium pebbles.
I looked in the manual, and online but could not find any specific directions as far as making up the tanks, or if anyone else had this problem before. So I heated up 3 gallons of water to 115 F and added a few of the "pebbles" to see if they would dissolve in the heated water, but it did not, even after stirring... does it break up after time? any suggestions? thanks rb |

The clumps will dissolve usually over night or sooner if the water was heated to a higher temperature (180 F). You can use the heater to maintain the temp to aid in dissolving the crystals.
