If you mean the SP degrease (?) then just keep topping up with water and leave a lid on while in use. I always loosley place the lid back on my degreaser tank so it minimises the amount of water vapor escaping. You will always loose some, but a lot will condense on the lid and run back in.

Depending on how dirty your parts are to begin with you may not even need the SP degreaser.

I just did a small batch of steel hardware and first I derusted them in a solution of muriatc acid and water followed by light scrubbing with a stainless brush. Then I rinsed them off with tap water and let them sit. Once I had them all done this way I changed gloves and then did final brushing with simple green and a stainless brush follwed by rinsing with tap water and drying with comprerssed air. The parts were copy cad plated and turned out beautiful!

Moral of the story is that I think Simple Green is an excellent degreaser!
