Where do i start? - Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing

Hey guys, this is my first post but have read the forums for awhile...Its nice to find a place where i can get all the info i need. I would like to get into electroplating as a side hobby. I enjoy working on cars and im sure i can make a few bucks to cover my costs as i go...I would ideally like to get into chroming rims. what would be a recommended set up for something like that? I was checking out the caswell site and saw a tank setup for like $9599. I would like to have a cheaper start up cost than that...Any help would be appreciated...thanks, Nick

The $9600 kit (15 Gal Triple Chrome Kit) that we sell is nowhere near big enough to plate a rim. Forget it, and stick to the smaller stuff.
