I have purchased the Pickle #4 from the European Caswell and didnt get any instructions on how to make it.

Would really appreciate some help on the measurements I should use.

Sorry to clarify, I would like information on the correct measurements to use, how much of the pickle would I need to make 200ml of solution.

It depends on you're use.
Steel activation = 8oz./gallon. For 200ml, this works out to about 0.422 ounces or about 12 grams.

Deoxidizing Copper and it's alloys - 8 to 16oz./gal.
Deoxidizing Zinc, Lead/solder - 4 to 8oz./gal.

Page 31 (Version 9) of the Caswell Plating Manual should help you.
