Default Tie wire

Looking for a source of copper tie wire for Copy Cad system might also improve conductivity for powder coating over the S.S. that I use.
Only source that I could find online that appeared any good was in California and I live in Canada, what gauge would be best.

I have found the best source of un-coated copper wire in varying guages is to simply get hold of standard domestic electrical wiring from the hrdware store. Better still go to a scrap merchant and buy it second hand.. Even better if you have legal access to a demolition site(freebie). And no I don't mean knocking it off. LOL

Just depends how much you need.

Copper seems to get an oxidation on it that might make it more of a pain to use for powdercoating, I think you'd end up having to scrape it shiney to get a good connection to PC parts. It wouldn't work any better than stainless for PC since the operating current is very low.
