Hi,
I have a 25 Amp rectifier that is adjustable for both voltage and amperage. However, I seem to only be able to adjust one or the other, not both. Is there a relationship between amps and volts so that I can't have, say, 300 mA @ 2 V (I get 300 mA @ about 1.1 V). I'm trying to do some cad plating and it just isn't working right. Is this how rectifiers work? Is there a limit to how much voltage I can have, and is it tied to how many amps are being used? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Never mind. I did some math and figured out the formula. It is working correctly, apparently.
