electroless nickel plating

I am so new and I trying to search to learn,and try at a laboratory.The composition of the bath:
Nickel sulphate, sodium hypo-phosphite and NH4OH.I tried it but I think there is some missings, as stabiliser and conditioner in which a formula includes.
The formula is 2-4 gr /lt stabiliser
2-4 gr /lt conditioner
30-50 mg wetter and as you mentioned the three chemicals above there.
But the problem is that what is the stabiliser and conditioner and wetter.I am confused about stabilizer, which of can I use Pb or thiourea? I am not sure because I will use abs ( plastic ) to plate with electroless nickel.can cadmium be used in a electroless nickel bath?
As you see I am confused... can you advice me about this subject?

you need sodium sitrate and amonium cloride but this is for abs plating. ıf you send me a mail about details of your plating aim.
