has anyone out there used this new silverspray yet. ive been trying and trying and it still wont bite into the plastics. ive used it on pp-pet, abs, tpo and probably some others. everything i have bought from caswell has worked, (especially the triple chrome kit, its way easier than i thought.)
but i keep getting delamination. its not bad prep ive been there already.
i am a paint technician for a plastic molding/painting compay, so i know that you need a good "bite" into the substrate for adhesive puposes.
currently i am not adding ether alcohol to the mix simply cause i cant find any. that would probably add sufficiant bite to abs plastics.
is there any alternative "reducers" i could use that are pretty harsh. perhaps BACARDI 151.
