Old Problem sneaking back on me

After i glassbead my parts, polish them to a high gloss, pickle them for about 5 sec. and plate for 25 min. My parts come out looking super nice until they start to really dry then im getting white blotches on the parts, I thought i had it figured out when i changed my distilled water solution, thought it was contaninated. really helped alot. Now after i changed everything over, its happening again. Not bad but very noticable. Should i rinse my parts off with tap water after distilled water process??

May help to setup two tanks. Use the 2nd tank as the final rinse, and when it becomes a little dirty, make it the 1st initial rinse tank. Then make up the 2nd tank again with brand new water.
Remember...The solution to pollution is through dillution!
