    Sir,
In China they use Hexavalent chroming. I am having bolts made to replace Harley Davidson Fender Strut bolts for a new kind of saddlebag. My question is (When discussing with them) to match the quality chrome bolts on Harleys what process needs to be in place, i.e., step by step? I am under the impression that a copper, the nickel, then chrome process is the standard. Is there other requirements I should demand of these people to make sure my bolts match Harley Bolts? Would appreciate your input very very much. Jim Van Vleck jim@Vvgear.com
