Hi Mike, on reading your e-book which contained some bits and pieces I had not thought about, you state that in an attempt to reduce micro scratches to reduce the speed to about 1750RPM. I have a pillar drill which I can reduce to 1650 RPM with the use of pulleys. If I can re-mount this do you think it would work? The chuck accepts a tapered pig tail which I can fit a mop.
Excellent tutorial, actually showed it to a work mate who has been polishing part time for years and earns a lot of cash from this and he aked for a copy.
