Default Different options to 3m scotch-brite

Hi, i am after some 3m scotch brite belts but they seem very expensive in the UK, is there any similar or alternatives to these?

I cant seem to find any online or in the shops?

I am thinking of using them in a power file or belt and disc sander bench.

    Thanks
