Default Need Help with tight spaces.

I kinda have any idea on where to start but I wanted to see what other ideas were out there for getting into these tight spaces. The piece is aluminum and about 8" x 6". Thanks for any input.

Start with the crevices, then move on to the flats as it'll help to blend things. I usually use plastic shanked qtips with a drill bit or brazing rod to reinforce them. They are really close to an 1/8" to chuck in a dremel or grinder. Load up with compound and go to town. They're dirt cheap too.

    In addition to that -
Loose wheels will obviously reach deeper and a spiral sewn, and a narrow wheel will do better than a wide on too.
"Bias" buffs offer incredible flexibility, and are best for irregular shapes, but they can be a little harder to find.
