Default Lots unwanted particles embedded in my soft sample

I polished the tin alloy by hand. after polishing with 6um grit (SiC), I can see lots of SiC particles embedded from optical. Is there any way that i can avoid it?

I don't know what 6um grit is. I would try sanding with a light machine oil or WD-40 as a lubricant. It would tend to wash away the particles instead of having them remain under your hand to be driven into the soft tin. Tin is very soft.
