Sport bike muffler polish/wax
Hello fellow buffers
 ? Just finished putting a mirror finish on a aluminum muffer.I want to keep the shine as long as possible.I want to wax it BUT what about the heatI don't want something strange to happen with the wax/ heat thing Sugestions turtleman

I use regular old Carnuba wax on my 4wheeler's chromed pipes and polished aluminum sliencers. Heat doesn't seem to bother it or cook it off after a 3 or 4 day trip. I just re-wax the pipes after each trip ending wash job.
I use McGuiars brand ('cuz my neighbor is a company rep and gives it to me for free. hehe) if it matters.
