Default Shaft Extenders

I am going to order a shaft extender for a motor to use as a buffer. The shaft is 5/8" and rotation is CCW. Does the rotation direction determine whether I need a right hand or left hand thread? If so, which would I need for CCW rotation?

Thanks,

Rick

yes it dose... you don't want the buff to come loose when you are working on a part ...... caswell got them in both left and right hand thread ...
i got them on a motor and the ext. shafts are nice .... you can get the part around more

Default Shaft extenders

So, is it right-hand thread for CCW rotation or vice versa? This sounds correct to me.
