Polishing Head Pipes

I have a motorcycle that has some blueing on the headpipes. I have tried the product "blue away" with no results. Is there something else that will get the blue out of my pipes or should I try some other method to get the blue out, such as a plug and plate chrome kit? Any feedback would be helpful.

We have not yet discovered a feasible way of preventing or removing bluing on chrome, besides stripping the entire piece and re-chroming
