Default Screwed up polished wheels, HELP

I just bought a new set of polished wheels for drag radials. I went to clean the rubber and used westleys bleach white. Well, the stuff instantly dried on the wheels and streaked. I got out Mothers chrome polish, but found out tooo late it was abrasive. I know have millions of fine scratches. What should I do now? The kit is way to expensive and I think I could get by with just a few of the products, but can you help?
Here is a picture of what they should look like http://www.americanracing.com/wheels...ack/AR-157.jpg

To get out the scratches, you need to use a compound with a mild abrasive.

You should use our white buffing compound, with a Spiral Sewn Cotton wheel, and perhaps a loose cotton wheel to get in hard to reach areas.

BTW - Please throw the Mother's away and use Flitz instead.

Read the other posts here about Mothers. They're not complimentary.

I actually fixed them! Thanks for the help provided here! I started with tripoli on a spiral sewn and finish with a loose buff and white rouge. They turned out pretty darn good except for taking about 3 hours for 2!
