Need quick help with slices in aluminum

I recently got a part in that has some large slices in the finish. The biggest slice is about 2" long and maybe 1/8" deep. Is there a filler I can use to fill in the slices that will polish up with the aluminum, or atleast clean the look of the part up a bit? Any info would be awesome.
