Never used the expanding wheel. The setup wheel I find extremely aggressive since the glue dries pretty hard (gets a little softer with use).
I tried a flap wheel on aluminum and found it useless - wears out too fast. The inflatable drums are awesome because they're soft enough to flatten out and not leave ripples, but firm enough that you can really bear down on them. |

The expander wheel looks like it would also be quite aggressive even with finer grits. Dunno, I guess I'll just have to buy both of them and find out. Where might a person get that inflatable wheel you're reffering to? Thanks for the reply.
