greaseless and some time on sanding .. I use grease less for all .. but cliff did mention this product last night on the phone :

Thanks for the quick reply. I've been following this forum for awhile and have read about the dfficilties w/ the greaseless. I wonder if the abrassive wheels would last longer once set up?
Custom- I am going to try the black/spiral then white/spiral tonight as you have sugested to others. I haven't gotten great results w/ the steps listed in the manual... I hope it works better Thanks |

To me it is faster to use a 3M disk (coarse,med. fine) or a flapper wheel (80-120 grit) and then black with yellow vented wheel. Then the white with loose cotton.
THis is if you can get to the area with the 3M disk, or flapper wheel, on a die grinder. |
