stainless prep & polish

Wondering what other ppls process of sanding & prepping of raw flat stainless plate requires,,to polish to high lustre.

What ever you start with make sure it is as light of a scratch as you can. My choice is a 3M disk maybe a med. then a fine, or 120 to 180 grit flapper wheel. Then sisal/white(stainless), Loose/brown, and last cotton/white(high shine). This process is with a 90, or straight angle die grinder and a high speed buffer.
