Wheel Paint

I see that Dupli-Color sells a clear wheel paint. I'll have 10 hours in my one wheel sanding and polishing and would like to keep it nice. Is it or is it not advisable to use this paint vs wax.

I used clear PC on my motorcycle over a year ago no problems, i don't know about paint, i've head that it will chip over a short preiod of time.

I'd use powder if anything. The Zoopseal might look nicer but supposedly it's only good for two years (or probably longer if the car is garaged and not taken out in bad weather).

I try to stay away from spray bomb stuff if it's something real important. They sometimes have to make compromises in the formulas to have it ready-mixed in a spray can.

If you dont prepare the aluminum EXACTLY like zoopseal says to, you can get almost a milky "smear"....try it on scrap first. I would either use zoops or PC...stay away from the paint
