I've tried using a sisal wheel with black compound on a QJet carb but it dosen't work as well as a spiral wheel with brown compound. I need to get the scratches out of the tight corners and surfaces. Any suggestions?
Maybe a Dremel tool or a loose cotton wheel? |

Try a loose wheel with the black compound. Black is more abrasive than brown, so it will get scratches out faster than using brown. Try black on your spiral sewn wheel too.
The whole point of having different compounds is to get the job done faster. You could complete the job using brown, but why when using black first will cut the polishing time in half.
