What is the best abrasive/tool to use on an air tools to smooth or remove paint in tight areas found on aluminum alloy wheels? Preferably with variable grits.
I have a method of machining the flat surface of the wheel very quickly but the interior angles are difficult to smooth and sand to a paintable surface quickly. I have buffs and polishers of different shapes but I really need a tool that can form to any shape and have variable grits avaluable (reach tight areas). Thanks for any input! |

Build a PA-Blaster and run it at about 60-psi (to be gentle on the aluminum) DONE !
Best part is you make it from JUNK ! Sorry.. not much of a salesman.. But 840 members think so..
