I assume you want an anodized finish?

Bead blast the part to a flat, matte finish then anodize.

What kind of media would I use?
On the units you carry, are the cheaper ones incapable of doing certain jobs like the one above or ist it just space and srface area the gun shoots?
I would like to get a unit under $200 if it do the job well.

Fine Glass beads.

The difference in price is based on the size of the unit and the size of the gun (which effects the area the gun shoots) You shouldn't have a problem using a Pencil Blaster, as long as the part fits.

Shouldn't have to, no.

The stripper won't touch the aluminum, so the finish should be intact.
