Hi there - Can anyone tell me if this is even possible? We sell products made of brass that we tumble in cement mixers and a medium such as crushed walnut shells or crushed corn cob such as ammo reloaders do but on a much larger scale. We are cleaning polishing 50,000+ pieces a month. When we want something really polished, it off to the buffing wheel we go...but one at a time, too slow for production. Is there a process we can use, hopefully utilizing our cement mixers (plastic tubs) to give a very high luster similar to a cloth wheel shine? I am open to all ideas at this point. Thanks - please reply to chuck@hellsbelts.com
