Default Quality of supplies

I am having haze - cloudyness problems with buffing aluminum wheels and fuel tanks to a mirror shine. I am using quality buffs but the black, red and white rouge I purchased at a truck stop. I would like to know if the caswell rouge would solve my problem. I have tried everything mentioned within this forum with little resolution.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

the compounds that come from other places may not be of the same quality and that could be part of the problem. also you said black red and white. i hope you are using them in this order. black first then white then red. that is the "grit" sequence.
