I am really new to metal polishing, and have limited experience in it. I have done some small bits off the bike I'm restoring. So far i have been limited to hand sanding and polishing. I have a large buffing motor, but so far I have just been working off my lathe (I work with wood usually). I have attached photos of the springs I'm trying to polish, and was wondering if there was an easier way of polishing them then the methods I have been using. Also How do you polish inside the spring? It's not important to get inside, but if there was a way I'd like to do it. Any help would be appreciated.
