Hey guys, great site you have! I don't know much about polishing aluminum but I need to polish a set of expanded aluminum grilles. They are made of the "flat" expanded metal, and I need to find something that will not just get ripped up by the metal.
Thanks, Matt |

lostinnd,
Anything that you use is going to get pretty beat up. I would lay the expanded aluminum on a flat surface, fasten it down as securely as you can. I would then try using hard felt buffs. The only other thing I can suggest if that doesn't work out would be to farm it out to someone that has a tumbler that your aluminum will fit into. John |
