Caswell sells a good assortment of felt bobs. Just look in their on line catalog.

For sanding, I use two things. I use a die grinder with Roloc disks. You can get 1.5 inch disks. I don't know about 1 inch discs. For finish sanding I use a Chicago Pneumatics air sander, model 7201P. It runs at 2500 rpm. It come with 3 inch pads, but I make my own pads to fit it, whatever size I need. Tool Warehouse seems to have the best price. That's where I bought mine. If I have one tool I dearly love, it's that one.

shineitup,

I would suggest that you purchase a die grinder, either pneumatic or electric. You can outfit it with various sized cartridge rolls. A Dremel tool with the appropriate sanding/polishing adapters is also useful. For tight areas a Dremel or a die grinder with small buffs works great. A 1" facer buff or 1", 1 1/2" or 2" treated or untreated buffs will also get you into the tighter areas.

Let us know how you make out.
