I polish a lot of valve covers and have been making a habit of it. I was wondering what the best way to polish inbetween lettering on valve covers(especially getting the casting marks down), and in the tight corners of spark plug wells. What products should i use, waht tools, waht speeds, where can i get them if caswell dosnt sell them? ANY suggestions would be appreciated. I have bought nearly everything caswell has to offer, and i am running out of ideas and techniques, help please!

Have you tried a felt bob or sanding drum?

Yep, i have. I've tried smaller cheaper felt bobs, and some sanding drums. Felt bobs seem to be exspensive and not so long lasting, but that may because i sue cheap ones. Your felt bob kit is probally my next step.
