1/3 HP Buffer

Quick question about this buffer. How powerful is it? Will it bind up easy or will i be able to lay into it with some decent force? I'm trying to upgrade to something better and was thinking about purchasing this, but i dont want to spend the money on something that will bind up easy. Thanks again caswell.
