Yeah, I had forgot about the split mandrels...since I usually stop around 320-400 never really needed 'em. Now, if I ever have time to polish my _own_ stuff, heheh...

For the cart rolls, I got extra mandrels in the various lengths. Nip off half the smooth end part and you can use it for worn rolls - get twice the use out of them.

yeah i do that too when i work with cartriges. i was woking on twin cam heads today , a full polish show job
even the 3/16 rolls are too wide to get inside most places
