Default Removing lite scratches on Satin finish

I took a peice of green scotchbrite(I don't know the grit) & used it to get a nice satin finish on one of the hubs for my bike.Is there a way to remove the fine swirl marks that the scotchbite left, & leave the Aluminum with a satin finish?

i m not sure i get the question right .
if you are using a scotchbrite pad to get a brushed satin finish you should brush always in the same direction , if you do then you don t have swirl marks

I put the scotch brite on a disc mounted to a 1/4" air grinder. And if I were to go back & forth...wouldn't I still end up with lite scratches in that direction?
