Default 1/4" shafts on these things?

anyone know if these are 1/4" shafts or 3/8" shafts on the arbor adapters found here:

They look like 1/4" shafts with a 1/2" arbor (the threaded part). If nobody else here has actually ordered them tp say for sure, direct an email to Caswell tech support or call them.
